Top Seal

TFC Top Seal is a tough and durable surface sealer that protects a tile's surface from wear and tear. The pure formula gives it superior durability and finish. Used whenever protection from traffic is required. Easy to apply and will dry quickly to a satin finish with added coats. Water based, making it possible to wash and seal on the same day. UV stable and suitable for interior and exterior applications. 

Suitable for:
Cement floors, cement tiles, sandstone, limestone, high porosity terracotta & face brick.
